I explore the intersections of media, communication, and society. My work bridges research, teaching, and practice to strengthen democratic understanding and civic engagement.
I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication and Journalism, University of Chittagong and a PhD researcher at the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, Jadavpur University, India.
With more than a decade of experience in teaching and research, I work in the areas of political communication, media literacy, digital media culture, and meme studies. I have presented research at international conferences and contributed regularly to public debates on media, democracy, and journalism.
I believe in the power of knowledge, dialogue, and media literacy to strengthen democratic cultures and informed citizenship.
